There has been only two “BIG BANGS” that I know of that have succeeded: One created the universe and the other lead to the creation of “Young Sheldon”. I think there is a clear winner in that race.
Then why do organizations think a big bang approach to a business transformation is the way to go?
You have success in some areas. Let’s leverage that success and then surgically apply agility to the struggling areas.
This drastically reduces risk and allows the organization to take on the right amount of. Humans and organizations can only handle so much change at a time. Balance is the way to go.
