Our training classes are unique.
People have referred to our classes as "full contact training".
That is because we start by creating an environment that is safe and inclusive.
We encourage debate and discussion.
We guide students through the cycle of learning, and sometimes unlearning.
We break down a core concept, share examples,
do exercises and use active discussion to solidify the learning.
You will complete our trainings with a fundamental understanding of the concepts along with a working model to implement the ideas once you are back at work.
Since our trainers have over 20 years of industry experience, they will bring stories that they were part of. We won't use generic examples because we have an extensive list of real life examples from every type of industry.
But our secret sauce is FUN. We learn better when we are having fun.
That doesn't mean this is easy, learning new ideas is never easy. The journey to new understanding can be tough, but it doesn't mean it can't be fun.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a computer for class? Yes, but only for our virtual classes. For our live, online courses you must have a computer, reliable connection, Zoom Platform available with video and audio, and access to Mural. In-person classes do not need a computer. We do things to old fashioned way.
Do you have discounts for the militarty or unexpectedly unemployed? 100% Yes! We have a grant program because everybody deserves world class training. Please email Info@AuldLLC.com and we will get you started in teh grant process. We promise it is easy and fast!
What time does the course begin? Typically at 8:30 AM CST. Please double check with the course registration page to be 100% sure. Be sure to note the time zone and set your calendar reminders appropriately.
What is your cancellation policy? We get it. Things happen. You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund if you cancel two weeks before the start date of the class. Thereafter, we will happily transfer your registration to another date or give you credit to register for a future class. If you need to cancel, please contact our training team at Training@AuldLLC.com.

What if I need to transfer to a different date? If you need to change your class, we can move you to another class. You can also transfer your registration to another person. Please contact our training team to transfer at Training@AuldLLC.com.
How should I dress? Typically business casual is expected. For our in-person courses, we suggest comfy clothes and shoes that you can move around in We do a lot of activities on our feet. Lastly, we suggest layers in case the room temperature becomes uncomfortable for you.
Is food provided? Yes, for in person classes. A happy tummy is a tummy that can learn. Our trainers will contact you prior to the event to let you know the details and see if you have any dietary requests.
